Not a project to be dwelt on I think, but I’ve slipped in a couple of piks to show what it looked like with it’s 64 pin Motorola MC68000 processor, it’s 2x EEPROMs and it’s 2x RAMs. If anyone would like to have a go at creating an equivalent, I’d definitely go for an 8 bit processor if the facilities are to be as limited as found in this project. Alternatively to ‘keep up with the Joneses’, then howabout making things a bit easier by opting for an Intel 8088 (as in the bottom image?) |
